I founded the association Mowamo - Helping Hands to make life easier and more beautiful for people with disabilities in Ghana.
Over the years, we have collected used walking aids (walking sticks, rollators, wheelchairs and crutches) and now want to ship them to Ghana. For this cause we still need financial means for the transportation to Ghana. We would be delighted if you could support us in this cause. You can do this by donating and/or spreading this message.

Inspiration was playing theater (Theater Malaria) and caring for people with disabilities.
Despite the difficult situation in which they find themselves, people were full of energy.
People with disabilities in Ghana do not receive enough help to help themselves to lead an independent life.
My experiences with the theater group touched me deeply and motivated me to found the association to support disabled people in Ghana.
